We are represented in the initial rigging-out business with our patented HPS01 – Production System – a fully automatic line production up to DN12.

Every pressing is individually adapted to the tolerances and clearly allocated through a serial number to a hose line.

System control continually checks to see that each step keeps to the designated data.

In the event of deviations, any further processing is interrupted and the partialy hose is withdrawn from the process.
